Place the slices in a bowl, season with a pinch of salt, and let them soak for 10 minutes. Then, drain any excess liquid and add the lemon juice. Stir gently. Mix in the sour cream and crumbled feta, taking care not to break the cucumber slices.
1. Transfer the salad to a serving plate. Garnish with mint and lemon slices, and sprinkle with black pepper.
