Roasted Pear Salad with Lemon Vinaigrette

Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Slice the pears into ¼-inch pieces and place them in a bowl. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of maple syrup, then mix until the pears are evenly coated.
